When you sign up for our newsletter we collect your name, email address, customer type (home / Horeca / retail), and the product categories you select. This website has no database or form backend: the details you enter are placed into a WhatsApp message that opens on your device, and nothing is sent anywhere until you press send in WhatsApp.

Wholesale Inquiries

When you submit a wholesale application we collect your name, company name, phone number, email address, business type, estimated monthly volume, and any additional notes you provide. WhatsApp Orders

When you tap "Order via WhatsApp" we open the WhatsApp application on your device with a pre-filled message containing your cart contents. We do not store this information — it is transmitted directly to WhatsApp and processed by WhatsApp's systems. By using this feature you are subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.

Analytics Cookies

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous data about how visitors use our website — pages visited, session duration, geographic region (country level). Shopping Cart

We do not maintain any database of customer records. Details you enter into a form are held only in your own browser until they are placed into a WhatsApp message that you choose to send. WhatsApp messages are retained per WhatsApp's policy. Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months by default.
