1. About KAIZERA Trading

KAIZERA Trading is a food importing and distribution company operating in Doha, Qatar. We supply premium Mediterranean food products to retail customers, restaurants, hotels, and wholesale partners across Qatar.

2. Product Information

Product descriptions, images, and specifications on this website are provided for informational purposes only. While we make every effort to present accurate information, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions are error-free. Actual products may differ slightly from photographs due to lighting, photography conditions, and seasonal variation in natural food products.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3. Pricing

Prices displayed on this website are indicative and quoted in Qatari Riyals (QAR). All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The confirmed price for any order is the price communicated to you by our team via WhatsApp at the time of order confirmation.

Wholesale pricing is subject to separate negotiation and the applicable pricing tier agreed in your wholesale account agreement.

4. Ordering via WhatsApp

Our primary ordering channel is WhatsApp. When you tap "Order via WhatsApp" a pre-filled message with your cart contents is sent to our team. An order is only confirmed when our team acknowledges it via WhatsApp and confirms availability and final pricing.

Adding items to your cart and initiating a WhatsApp message does not constitute a binding order or guarantee product availability.

5. Wholesale Inquiries

Submitting a wholesale application via the Wholesale Portal constitutes an expression of interest only. KAIZERA Trading reserves the right to approve or decline wholesale applications at its discretion. Wholesale terms — including pricing tiers, payment schedules, and delivery arrangements — are finalised through direct negotiation with our team.

6. Delivery

Delivery is available within Qatar only. Delivery timelines, fees, and minimum order requirements are communicated at the time of order confirmation via WhatsApp. Free delivery applies to orders over 500 QAR within standard delivery zones; this threshold and delivery zones are subject to change.

7. Returns and Refunds

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+974 55 101 907) or email (info@kaiz-era.com). We will assess each case and offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion. Food products that have been opened, stored incorrectly, or consumed are not eligible for return.

8. Limitation of Liability

KAIZERA Trading's total liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or our products shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of KAIZERA Trading or its content suppliers. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
